John is the founder of Lambert Worldwide and part of a network of attorneys who believe the legal profession is broken. Most firms take a one-size-fits-all approach to their clients and focus on each issue separately, instead of looking at the big picture – all while racking up massive invoices based on hourly billing. John, a proud member of the LGBTQ community raised by musicians and small business owners, knows that the business and personal needs of each individual client are unique and must be treated as such. He and his team have created special legal planning systems for entrepreneurs, individuals and families that adapt to the rapidly changing business environment, proactively support future growth and protect against loss.

After law school, John took his legal degree and family business background into the world of international business operations. His experience building an entire division of a successful, now venture capital funded, startup was both eye opening and transformative. Though challenging and at times scary, diving in and getting his hands dirty was the best way to learn truly come to understand the needs and challenges businesses and entrepreneurs face every day. He subsequently returned the legal profession and, prior to founding Lambert Worldwide, worked for some of the most prestigious organizations in the world. Now, his daily practices include counseling business owners on legal, insurance, financial and tax foundations, serving as Outside General Counsel and helping individuals and families protect their loved ones and estates.
